How we work
A single, bespoke engagement.
We do not operate from a price list. Each engagement is shaped to the institution — the scope, depth, and duration determined by the part of the academic process that needs strengthening and the speed at which the institution can absorb change.
A first conversation is a 45-minute structured exchange in which we listen for the symptom, locate it on the ten-process map, and tell you what the diagnosis would entail. That conversation is at no cost.
Most engagements begin with a four-to-six-week institutional diagnostic. Strategic advisory work, leadership cohorts, and platform deployment follow only if the diagnostic warrants them.
We respond to all institutional inquiries within two working days.
