Engagement

Bring us the part of the system that is failing.

We will bring the framework that explains why — and the implementation path that retires it.

How we work

One architecture, configured to your institution.

“We diagnose your academic operating system, install the engine processes your institution most needs, train the champions who will run them, and continue to guide you with an AI-supported system measurably more mature than the one we found.”

Every engagement follows the same three-stage architecture; what changes is the configuration, which your own diagnostic evidence determines.

Stage I

Diagnose

The licensed AcademicOS Vitals instruments return a maturity profile of your twelve academic processes. The profile — not negotiation — determines what the engagement addresses.

Stage II

Install

A fixed-scope engagement, typically nine to twelve months, strengthens the processes your profile flags most and trains the champions in your institution who will own them.

Stage III

Guide

An annual operating relationship — quarterly reviews and an annual re-diagnosis — so the system keeps maturing after the intensive phase ends.

Who delivers

An advisory practice, not a firm.

The advisory is led by Prof. Ramesh Bhat and draws on senior resource persons as engagements require — four decades of institutional practice as Professor at IIM Ahmedabad and Vice Chancellor of a seven-campus university.

Current engagements include IIM Mumbai (Visiting Distinguished Professor), the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (Managing Council), IIHMR University, Jaipur, and the K. K. Wagh Group of Institutions, Nashik.

A first conversation is a 45-minute structured exchange in which we listen for the symptom, locate it on the twelve-process map, and tell you what the Vitals review would entail. That conversation is at no cost.

We respond to all institutional inquiries within two working days.
