Use of the site

The site, the diagnostic tools, the Chronicle excerpts, and all written content are provided for the personal and professional use of academic leaders, faculty, and aspiring leaders. Redistribution or republication without written permission is not authorised.

Diagnostic tools

The diagnostic tools available on this site are designed to support institutional self-reflection. They do not substitute for a formal accreditation review or a commissioned institutional diagnostic. Outputs should be interpreted in conjunction with appropriate institutional context and professional judgment.

Engagement inquiries

Submission of an inquiry through the engage form does not constitute a contractual obligation on either side. Engagement is established only through a separately executed letter of engagement.

Intellectual property

The Academic Process System, the three-pillar approach, the diagnostic frameworks, and the Chronicle manuscript are the intellectual property of Prof. Ramesh Bhat and AcademicOS. Frameworks may be cited with attribution; substantial reproduction requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. AcademicOS is not liable for institutional decisions taken in reliance on diagnostic outputs without a formal engagement. Where a formal engagement is in place, liability is governed by the terms of that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
